POCHE'S Crawfish Pies
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pie w/ pan directly on cookie sheet in oven for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. bake for 15 to 20 minutes, as above. Times may vary due to oven variances.
